We chose GloRem to finish our basement in early 2023. Eugene was great to work with and was responsive to our questions throughout the process. The project was on budget and schedule. Overall would recommend, our basement is the best looking part of our house now.

My journey to renovating my 1060 square foot basement started in 2019 when I contacted a few companies for estimates. GloRem was one of the companies and even though I decided not to start the renovating due to not having enough funds, I was impressed with the level of detail GloRem provided as an estimate and even it was not the lowest estimate, I felt confident that I knew exactly what I was paying for without any unnecessary surprises. Once I felt I had enough funds to proceed with my renovation, I contacted GloRem in late 2021 and started my renovation in early 2022. Eugene and his crew were professional, considerate and timely and through each step within the process I was kept informed. I absolutely appreciated the tool that was used to keep track of work orders and expenses because it helped me decide where to spend my money to make the most of of my budget. I also liked the kitchenette design that Eugene came up with given the limited amount of space. My favorite part of the space is the fireplace and the surround stonework and this was all again based upon Eugene's recommendations. Everyone that visits me loves the fireplace detail and has nothing but great things to say about it. In addition to the mentioned kitchenette and living room area, I also had a full bath (also very stunning) and a bedroom put in and a laundry area finished. My basement went from a place that I had no desire to enter into a place I never want to leave. I highly recommend GloRem and can't wait to save up enough money for them to renovate my upper level in the near future.

I would highly recommend Evgeny from GloRem to complete a basement remodel, which is the job he did for me. From talking to him at the first meeting he seemed very knowledgeable about the whole process. It was fun fully customizing and designing how the basement was going to turn out and it was amazing when Evgeny and his team built it out as planned. Here's a quick summary of positives and negatives about the whole experience. Positives: Very detailed quote - all costs were itemized which allow me to calculate costs of changes without going back and fourth. His quote was in the middle based on the quotes I received. Allowed me to make changes and know exactly how much they were going to cost Fast responses Courteous Knowledgeable Assist in building options (where you haven't pre planned) Allows you to do portions of you own work (I installed insulation) Flexible - you can buy things or GloRem will Quality work He did the job without a dumpster sitting on the street for months - shocking! Honest - he returned some extra materials and refunded me the difference after the project was done I don't have anything negative to say about GloRem. Would definitely use them again!

Eugene and the GloRem team finished my 1100 square foot basement. They were the best estimate between three other contractors but more importantly, Eugene was professional, on time and reliable. Throughout the entire experience, Eugene kept us informed on the next steps and was always available to answer questions and provide advice. His team was professional and respectful of our home. I cant say enough about the GloRem team and would absolutely recommend them for any project. We are thrilled with our basement and the extra space and value we now have to enjoy in our home. We were able to add a bedroom, full bathroom, and a huge open space for games and movies. Highly recommended!
